What We Collect (Only What You Choose)

  • Account basics: Name, email, date of birth (to personalize the app), and password/biometric for login.
  • Device & app info: iOS version, device type, app usage, and preferences (to keep the app running well and improve it).
  • Health data you enter: Cycle details, fertility info, pregnancy data, symptoms/notes, medications/supplements, and any logs you add.
  • Optional data with permission: HealthKit data (e.g., steps, sleep, heart rate) and location (for region-specific resources) only if you explicitly allow it.

We do not collect anything you don’t enter or grant permission for. We do not sell or rent your data. We do not run ads based on your health.

Why We Use Your Data

  • To provide personalized tracking, insights, and predictions you request.
  • To send helpful reminders and notifications (if you enable them).
  • To generate reports/summaries you can review or share with your clinician.
  • To improve app reliability, quality, and features you already use.
  • To respond to support requests.

No secondary/hidden uses, no ads based on health, no data selling.

How We Store and Protect Your Data

  • On-device by default: Your data stays on your phone unless you choose to sync/backup.
  • Optional secure cloud sync: If you opt in, a copy is stored on our secure cloud servers (trusted provider, regionally hosted). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Encryption everywhere: Strong encryption protects data moving between your device and our servers, and when stored.
  • Secure authentication: Supports biometrics (Face ID/Touch ID) where available; sessions are protected.
  • Access control: Only a small, authorized team can access production systems for support; access is logged.
  • Separation: Test environments are separated from live customer data.
  • Backups & continuity: Encrypted backups, disaster recovery plans, and regular security reviews.

Sharing & Disclosure (Rare, Limited, Transparent)

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share only:

  • With your explicit consent: For example, if you choose to share data with a clinician or export a report.
  • For legal reasons: If required to comply with law or valid legal process.
  • With trusted service providers: Who help us operate the app (hosting, analytics, support), under strict confidentiality and data-protection terms.
  • In anonymized, aggregated form: For research or product improvement that cannot identify you.

No third-party advertising networks receive your health data from us.

Your Choices and Rights

  • Access & correct: View and update your data.
  • Delete: Delete your account and associated data (subject to any legal requirements).
  • Export: Download/export your health data to share with a clinician or for your records.
  • Opt out: Turn off non-essential data collection (e.g., analytics) where available.
  • Withdraw permissions: Revoke HealthKit, location, or notification permissions anytime in your device settings.
  • Control sync: Keep data on-device only, or opt in/out of cloud sync.

Health Data and Permissions

  • HealthKit: Used only with your permission and only for the purposes you approve. Not shared for ads; not sold.
  • Location: Requested only if you want region-specific resources (e.g., state-specific programs). If you disable it, core tracking still works.
  • Notifications: Optional; you can turn them on/off in-app or in device settings.

How We Avoid Hidden Surprises

  • No ads based on your health data.
  • No data brokering or selling.
  • Clear, purpose-based permission prompts.
  • Minimal collection, aligned with features you use.

If Something Goes Wrong

We monitor for unusual activity. We have an incident response plan to contain, investigate, and, where required, notify affected users.
