Bloom Cycles was created by Kai Wen, a software engineer with decades of experience in technology and public-sector health systems.
Through years of working on health-related systems and listening to real user experiences, it became clear that women deserved a more thoughtful approach to digital health — one that prioritizes clarity, trust, and long-term usefulness over engagement metrics.
